One of the many reason I love to run is because I love to eat! Although I'm not a vegetarian, I admire them for many reasons. I feel that their diet is extremely healthy and much better for the environment. Maybe I'll go veg. sometime but I'm not there yet.
Each year I make a few more goals to improve my diet.
A few recent goals are:
1. Eat more lean chicken and less beef
2. Drink more water
3. Increase the variety of the fruits and vegetables that I eat
4. Cook with less oil and butter
